A bill to amend the supplemental security income program established by title XVI of the Social Security Act to exclude a family cemetery or burial plot owned by an individual or married couple in determining such individual's or couple's resources.

Amends title XVI (Supplemental Security Income for the Aged, Blind and Disabled) of the Social Security Act to add family cemetery lots or family burial plots to the items excludable from an individual's resources in determining his or her eligibility for Supplemental Security Income.
