A bill to confer jurisdiction on the United States Court of Claims with respect to certain claims of the Navajo Indian Tribe.

Confers jurisdiction upon the United States Court of Claims to hear claims of the Navajo Indian Tribe against the United States which were timely presented under the Act of August 13, 1946 with respect to: (1) the taking of reservation lands without adequate compensation; (2) the provision of educational services; and (3) the mismanagement of lands and resources by the United States.
