Directs the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency, in consultation with the Secretary of Health and Human Services, to prepare, and submit to Congress within six months, a report on the known and suspected hazards associated with substances identified as hazardous wastes pursuant to specified provisions of the Solid Waste Disposal Act.
Requires that such report include a description of the nature of the hazards to human health posed by each substance, both directly and indirectly through the environment and through hazards to other forms of life.
