Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to pay a specified sum to a named hospital in full satisfaction of a claim against the United States brought as a result of such hospital implementing a program initiated by the Children's Bureau of the Department of Health, Education, and Welfare, in cooperation with the State Department of Health of West Virginia.
