A bill to amend title 18 of the United States Code with respect to the bribery provisions.

Amends the Federal criminal code to require that any Member of Congress who is convicted of certain bribery offenses committed in connection with the performance of official duties, be sentenced to: (1) at least three months' imprisonment (to run consecutively to any other term of imprisonment imposed); and (2) a fine of one-third of the maximum allowed for the offense (in addition to any other fine imposed).
