A bill to amend Section 107 of the River and Harbor Act of 1948, Public Law 80-858, as amended, (22 USC 275a), to remove the limitation on funding for United States participation in the Permanent International Commission of the Congresses of Navigation.

Amends the River and Harbor Act of 1948 to remove the limitation on funding for United States participation in the Permanent International Commission of the Congresses of Navigation (currently limited to $45,000 annually of the funds appropriated for rivers and harbors).
