A bill to extend by two years the streambank erosion control and demonstration program.

Amends the Streambank Erosion Control Evaluation and Demonstration Act of 1974 to extend until December 31, 1983, the deadline for the final report to Congress by the Secretary of the Army on the streambank erosion control and demonstration program.
