A bill to exempt the Tellico Dam Project of the Tennessee Valley Authority from the provisions of section 7 of the Endangered Species Act.

Amends the Endangered Species Act to repeal provisions concerning review of agency actions and the establishment of the Endangered Species Committee to review applications for exemption from the Act. Stipulates that the provisions of the Act shall not apply to the construction and operation of the Tellico Dam and Reservoir project in Tennessee.
