Arson-for-Profit Act of 1980 - Amends the Federal criminal code to establish criminal penalties for whoever maliciously and intentionally damages or destroys, attempts to damage or destroy, or arranges the destruction or attempt to damage commercial property by means of fire in exchange for anything of value.
Grants the Attorney General and the Secretary of the Treasury authority to investigate such violations.
