A bill to authorize the documentation of the vessel, Onalay, as a vessel of the United States with coastwise privileges.

Authorizes the Secretary of the department in which the Coast Guard is operating to document the vessel Onalay of the Maine Maritime Academy, as a vessel of the United States with the privileges of engaging in coastwise trade.
