A bill to permit the Forest Service to acquire lands outside the boundaries of the Los Padres National Forest in California.

Exempts the Los Padres National Forest, California, from specified provisos, relating to allowable purposes of land and water conservation fund allocations, which: (1) set a 3,000 acre limit on the acquisition for any one national forest of lands adjacent to an existing national forest boundary; and (2) limit the percentage of acreage west of the 100th meridian which may be added to the National Forest System without specific authorization by Act of Congress.

Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to establish appropriate forest boundaries for any lands acquired for such National Forest.
