A bill to amend titles 5, 37 and 28 of the United States Code to provide authority to continue the pay of Federal employees, judicial employees and military personnel during periods in which the enactment of appropriations is delayed.
Federal Employees Pay Protection Act of 1979 - Appropriates the funds necessary to pay the salaries of executive agency officers and employees, court officers and employees, and members of the uniformed services during any periods of a fiscal year for which funds for such purpose have not been appropriated.
