A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 to allow the targeted jobs tax credit for certain wages paid to individuals who are participating in work experience and career exploration programs.

Amends the Internal Revenue Code to expand the age requirement for youths participating in the qualified cooperative education program from 16- 19 to 14-22 for purposes of the targeted jobs tax credit.
