Declares that: (1) the United States holds in trust for the Tule River Indian Tribe certain public lands administered by the Forest Service; and (2) such lands are again a part of the Tule River Indian Reservation in California.
Authorizes the Secretary of Agriculture to determine the location and the manner of use of right-of-way through specified lands.
Directs the Secretary of the Interior to publish descriptions of lands transferred and Reservation boundaries changed pursuant to this Act.
