Permits the Secretary of Agriculture to make indemnity payments to producers, growers, and processors of poultry, eggs, poultry or egg products, swine, swine products, livestock, livestock products, and animal feeds who suffer losses because of contamination by polychlorinated biphenyls.
Sets forth the formula for determining the amount of such payments.
Authorizes the Secretary to use the funds and facilities of the Commodity Credit Corporation in carrying out this Act.
