Federal Trade Commission Regulatory Review Act - Amends the Federal Trade Commission Act to require that any rule promulgated by the Federal Trade Commission under such Act be transmitted to congress. Prescribes procedures for congressional review of any such rules and for resolutions of disapproval preventing rules from becoming effective.
