Bread Labeling Act - Amends the Agricultural Act of 1949 to require that every loaf of bread in packaged form distributed in interstate commerce shall bear a label specifying the cost to the manufacturer of the farm product ingredients of the bread.
Permits the Attorney General, at the request of the Secretary of Agriculture, to seek an injunction or restraining order in the appropriate U.S. district or territorial court for violations of this Act. Imposes civil penalties for knowingly violating of this Act.
