A bill for the relief of the Jefferson County Mental Health Center, Inc., and of certain current and former employees thereof.

Deems a waiver of exemption certificate filed by a named organization to be ineffective in the case of any individual with respect to whom a repayment has been made which is considered as an overpayment of tax, under the Internal Revenue Code, for the period for which such individual received the wages with respect to which such repayment was made.
