Designates certain lands, comprising about 10,700 acres, in the Black Hills National Forest, South Dakota, as the Black Elk Wilderness.
Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to file a map of such wilderness and a legal description of its boundaries with the Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources and the House Committee on Interior and Insular Affairs. Declares that the wilderness designated by this Act shall be administered by the Secretary in accordance with provisions of applicable law.
