A bill to amend title IV-A of the Social Security Act to provide 75 percent Federal matching in expenditures incurred by separate fraud units in investigating and prosecuting cases of fraud under State AFDC plans.

Amends part A (Aid to families with Dependent Children) of title IV of the Social Security Act to direct the Secretary of the Treasury to pay to a State 75 percent of the cost of a separate welfare fraud unit for the investigation and prosecution of AFDC fraud cases.
