A bill to amend title IV-A of the Social Security Act to provide an incentive for recipients of aid, under AFDC programs, to report earned income.

Amends part A (Aid to Families with Dependent Children) of title IV of the Social Security Act to require a State, when determining need based on income, to include the earned income of dependent children which is normally disregarded if the income of such children is not reported in a timely fashion.
