Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to strike and sell to the United States Capitol Historical Society not more than 50,000 bronze, silver, and gold bicentennial medals each year until December 31, 1989. Prohibits the Society from entering into marketing arrangements with other entities in selling such medals. Requires that the Society receive all gross proceeds arising from such sales.
