Amends the Department of Justice Appropriation Authorization Act, Fiscal Year 1979 to increase the authorization of appropriations for the Federal Bureau of Investigation from $561,341,000 to $564,041,000.
Authorizes appropriations for fiscal year 1979 for intelligence-related activities of the FBI in the sum of $2,700,000, in addition to the appropriations authorization under the Intelligence and Intelligence- Related Activities Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1979.
