A bill to authorize the Secretary of the Interior to establish a war memorial in honor of the men and women who dedicated their strength and efforts to the service of their country during the Vietnam conflict.

Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to acquire the property comprising the Vietnam Veterans Chapel near Eagle Nest, New Mexico, and to establish such property as a war memorial to the veterans of the Vietnam war.

Directs that such memorial shall be administered by the Secretary as a unit of the National Park System.
