A bill to amend title II of the Social Security Act to provide that deductions from benefits on account of excess earnings shall not be applicable in the case of social security beneficiaries who have attained age 65.

Amends title II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act to provide that in determining the excess earnings of an individual, any earnings after such individual attains age 65 shall be excluded.
