A bill to authorize the disposal of three materials from the national and supplemental stockpiles.

Authorizes the Administrator of the General Services Administration to dispose of 10,000 long tons of tin, 15,000,000 tray ounces of silver, and 1,500,000 carats of industrial diamond stones presently held in the national and strategic stockpiles.
