Lanham Trademark Act Clarification Amendment of 1979 - Amends the Lanham Trademark Act to prohibit any State, territory, or any agency or political subdivision thereof from adopting, enforcing, or continuing in effect any law or regulation which requires the display of any registered mark in a manner differing from that contemplated in the certificate of registration.
