A bill to require the Inspector General of the General Services Administration to conduct audits of financial transactions authorized under the Public Buildings Act of 1959.

Amends the Public Buildings Act of 1959 to direct the Inspector General of the General Services Administration to conduct annual audits of accounts and financial transactions pursuant to such Act. Requires the Inspector General to report to Congress concerning the results of such audits. Authorizes the Inspector General to enter into contracts with independent public accountants if necessary.
