A bill to amend section 7 (a) of the Public Buildings Act of 1959 (40 U.S.C. 606 (a)) to require certain information concerning each principal owner of any building or space to be leased by the Federal Government.

Amends the Public Buildings Act of 1959 to require the Administrator of General Services to submit to Congress the name of, and biographical information concerning each principal owner of a building proposed to be leased as a public building.
