A bill to clarify the military status of persons who fraudulently enlist in the armed forces of the United States.

Stipulates that any person who fraudulently enlists in the armed forces, who has the mental capacity to understand the consequences of such enlistment, shall after taking the oath of enlistment become subject to the provisions of the Uniform Code of Military Justice.
