A bill to amend the Immigration and Nationality Act, and for other purposes.

Amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to make aliens who have been relieved of United States military service obligations eligible for citizenship if their military exemption was pursuant to a treaty or other international agreement.

Eliminates such aliens from the definition of the term "ineligible for citizenship" for purposes of such Act.
