Amends the Federal Aviation Act of 1958 to provide criminal penalties for placing, or attempting to place, a loaded firearm aboard an aircraft.
Directs the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration to promulgate regulations which require all air carriers to post notices in conspicuous places informing the public of such prohibition.
