A bill to amend the Federal Employees' Compensation Acts, title 5, United States Code, by adding a new section providing for work injury coverage of Federal petit and grand jurors in the performance of their duties.

Extends coverage of the Federal Employees' Compensation Act to any person serving on a Federal petit or grand jury. Defines: (1) the rate of pay of a juror who is not a Government employee for purposes of determining disability and death benefits under such Act; and (2) the circumstances under which a juror is considered to be performing jury service.
