A resolution amending rule XXII of the rules of the House of Representatives to remove the limitation on the number of Members who may introduce jointly any bill, memorial, or resolution, and to provide for the addition and deletion of names of Members as sponsors after the introduction of a bill, memorial, or resolution.

Amends rule XXII of the Rules of the House of Representatives to allow any number of Members to introduce jointly any bill, memorial, or resolution. Permits a Member's name to be added or deleted as a sponsor of a bill, memorial, or resolution, prior to adoption by the House, which has been introduced by a request on behalf of such Member to the Speaker of the House.
