A resolution to establish a Select Committee on International Terrorism.

Creates a Select Committee on International Terrorism to conduct a study and investigation of the desirability and effectiveness of measures being taken by the United States and foreign countries in attempting to alleviate the threat of terrorism.

Directs the committee to make preliminary and final reports to the House of Representatives on the results and recommendations of its investigations.
