A resolution directing the Committee on Rules to inquire into the accuracy of certain newspaper accounts.

Directs the House Committee on Rules to inquire into the truth or falsity of the newspaper account which alleged that the House of Representatives lost a secret effort in court to obtain a ruling that congressmen do not have to respond to federal grand jury subpoenas for House records. Requires such committee to promptly report its findings and recommendations to the House of Representatives.
