A resolution calling upon the President to prohibit the export of superphosphoric acid (phosphate fertilizer) to the Soviet Union until the Soviet Union withdraws its troops from Afghanistan and until the President removes the ban imposed on the export of agricultural commodities to the Soviet Union.
