A resolution to provide for the expenses of investigations and studies to be conducted by the Committee on Interstate and Foreign Commerce.

Authorizes the expenditure of funds, not to exceed $4,442,899, for investigations and studies to be conducted by the House Committee on Interstate and Foreign Commerce.

Specifies that $93,250 of such funds are for the reimbursement of computer and computer-related services requested by such committee.

Declares that no part of these funds shall be available for expenditure in connection with the study of any subject which is being investigated by any other House committee.

Terminates the authorization granted by this resolution on January 3, 1981.
