Authorizes the expenditure of funds, not to exceed $1,875,123.53, for investigations and studies to be conducted by the House Committee on Foreign Affairs.
Specifies that $80,000 of such funds are provided for the reimbursement of computer and computer related services requested of the House Information Systems by such committee, and may not be used for any other purpose.
Declares that no part of these funds shall be available for expenditure in connection with the study of any subject which is being investigated by any other House committee.
Terminates the authorization granted by this resolution on January 3, 1981.
