A resolution to express the sense of the House of Representatives in support of the "Day of Solidarity with Oppressed Jewry".

Expresses the sense of the House of Representatives that: (1) the President help insure the basic human rights of all peoples of the world; and (2) all countries remove obstacles to free emigration and insure the free exercise of religious beliefs and cultural expression. Expresses congressional support for the "Day of Solidarity with Oppressed Jewry."
