A resolution authorizing the consideration of reports from the Committee on the District of Columbia on days other than those designated by rule, subject to prior announcement, and for other purposes.

Authorizes the consideration of reports from the House Committee on the District of Columbia during the remainder of the 96th Congress, on days other than those designated by rule XXIV of the Rules of the House of Representatives. Specifies that such consideration shall not exceed two days in any calendar month and shall be announced at least three days prior.
