Authorizes funds for the further expenses of the investigations and studies to be conducted by the Committee on Small Business not to exceed $752,650.
Declares that no part of these funds shall be available for expenditure in connection with an investigation of any subject being investigated by any other House committee.
Terminates the authorization granted by this resolution on January 3, 1980.
