A resolution establishing an Ad Hoc Committee on Water Resources.

Establishes an Ad Hoc Committee on water resources to consider and report to the House of Representatives on any bill, resolution, or message or communication from the executive branch, relating to any matter affecting water resources, water conservation, water quality, long-range water supply programs or plans to insure an adequate water supply for the United States, and long-range water policy or planning administered or funded, wholly or partially, by the Federal Government.

Authorizes the ad hoc committee to utilize the services of the staffs of those committees from which the Members of the ad hoc committee have been selected.
