A resolution amending the Rules of the House of Representatives to require that at least 500 copies of any proposed floor amendment be made available for use by Members on the floor before such amendment is actually offered.

Amends rule XXIII of the Rules of the House of Representatives to require that when the House is meeting in the Committee of the Whole at least 500 copies of any proposed floor amendment be made available in the Hall of the House of Representatives for the use of other Members prior to the offering of such amendment.

Requires the Clerk of the House of Representatives to make certain that appropriate numbers of such copies are delivered to the majority and minority committee tables, and the majority and minority cloakrooms.
