A resolution amending the rules of the House of Representatives to provide for the recording of the names of Members requesting recorded votes.

Amends rule I and rule XXIII of the Rules of the House of Representatives to require that whenever a Member requests a recorded vote, whether in the House or in the House as in the Committee of the Whole, the names of the Members supporting such request shall be recorded by electronic device or by clerks, and shall be entered in the Journal and printed in the Congressional Record of that day.
