A resolution with respect to the wearing of traditional attire in the House Chamber.

Allows Members of the House of Representatives to dispense with coats and/or ties in the House Chamber so long as suitable, dignified, tasteful, and appropriate clothes are worn during the period of June 1 to Labor Day in 1979 and each year the current energy or conservation policies are required. Declares that at all other times traditional attire shall be appropriate.
