Authorizes the expenditure of $400,000 from the contingent fund of the House of Representatives for investigations and studies to be conducted by the House Committee on Veterans' Affairs. Authorizes the expenditure of $25,000 of such amount to procure consultants' services and $10,000 for specialized training. Directs that no part of the funds authorized by this resolution shall be available for expenditure in connection with the study or investigation of any subject which is being investigated for the same purpose by any other committee of the House.
Terminates the authorization granted by this resolution on January 3, 1980.
