A resolution amending the Rules of the House of Representatives to provide that the Committee on Standards of Official Conduct shall promptly report a resolution recommending the expulsion of any Member who has been convicted by a court of record for the commission of a crime for which a sentence of two or more years' imprisonment may be imposed, if such conviction has become final.
