Directs the printing as a House document of the transcript of the proceedings in the Committee on the Budget of April 30, 1979, incident to the presentation of a portrait of the Honorable Robert N. Giaimo. Provides that 1,000 copies of such document be printed with 200 being casebound for the use of such Committee.
