A resolution amending Rule XI of the Rules of the House of Representatives with respect to requiring a vote of the House to authorize foreign travel by Members.

Amends rule XI of the Rules of the House of Representatives to prohibit the use of committee funds for foreign travel by committee Members unless the House approves, by rollcall vote, a resolution which specifically authorizes such use of funds.
